Fulfillment Policy

How We Deliver Services

  • All services are delivered virtually.

  • Deliverables for monthly services will be provided by the 15th of each month, assuming receipt of all required documents.

  • Deliverables for all other services will be provided by the due date state in your customized engagement letter.

  • Respond to questions within 3-5 business days.

  • Ensure we have secure access to your systems.

Issues or Edits?

Tell us within 10 business days. If it’s our mistake, we’ll fix it at no charge.

Refunds

Because our services are time-based and tailored to you, we don’t offer refunds once work is done. But we’re committed to resolving any concerns. SafeBooks requires a 14-day notice to terminate recurring services, as outlined in our Engagement Letter.
